Food & Rent Assistnace

The pandemic has also exacerbated another problem within our community: a dramatic need for food and rent assistance. We provided food support to nine families without additional funding and referred them to other partners in the community. Since food insecurity is a major challenge for many of our families, we applied for and received additional funding to expand this part of our mission.

We plan to serve close to 75 families in 2021, with our focus placed on women-led households experiencing domestic violence or having no income. Our emergency food distribution program will respond to food insecurities and reduce feelings of hopelessness in families in need. If you or a loved one is looking for assistance, contact us at 701-478-3636 or [email protected].
